  • Passenger journeys in Great Britain increased to 1.4 billion in the year ending March 2023.
  • Freight moved dropped to 15.7 billion net tonne kilometres in the year ending March 2023.
  • In the twelve months between April 2022 and March 2023, 67.8% of recorded station stops in Great Britain were arrived at 'on time'.
  • Total rail industry income in the UK in the year ending March 2023 was £22.7 billion.
