Annual statistics on Occupational health covering the mainline network in Great Britain, heritage, light rail and tramways. These statistics include data on the number of legally reportable occupational diseases, and on industry manual handling and shock or trauma incidents.

Key results
- There are 24 occupational health disease cases for April 2025 to March 2026, down 4% on the previous year.
- The number of reported cases of Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS) fell to their lowest level since April 2020 to March 2021.
- Manual handling incidents resulting in no lost time have more than tripled compared with the previous year. Train operating companies account for just over 60% of all incidents reported this year.
