Periodic (4-weekly) statistics containing data on the number of Disabled Persons Railcards in circulation. Whilst all of these statistics are published at a periodic level, they are updated quarterly.

Key results

  • There were 411,428 Disabled Persons Railcards (DPRC) in circulation at the end of March 2026. This is 18% higher than the number in circulation at the same point in the previous year.
  • Overall, 214,982 one-year DPRC were issued in the latest year (1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026), an increase of 20% on the number issued in the previous year.
  • There were 80,870 three-year DPRC issued in the latest year (1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026), an increase of 17% on the number issued in the previous year.
