Periodic (4-weekly) statistics containing data on the number of Disabled Persons Railcards in circulation. Whilst all of these statistics are published at a periodic level, they are updated quarterly.

Key results

  • There were 384,860 Disabled Persons Railcards (DPRC) in circulation at the end of rail period 10, an increase of 15% compared with the end of the same rail period in the previous year.
  • Overall, 38,717 one-year DPRC were issued during rail periods 8 to 10 of the latest year. This is 15% higher than the same rail periods in the previous year.
  • There were 13,830 three-year DPRC issued during rail periods 8 to 10 of the latest year. This is 10% higher than the same rail periods in the previous year.
