Passenger assistance
NOTE: The assisted journeys data, due to be published on 18th January, has been delayed. This is due to data quality issues related to the inclusion of some unbooked assists, which we were made aware of shortly before publication. We would like to apologise to users for this late notice change.
We have removed data tables and historic factsheets while we investigate with our data supplier and will update the publication date in due course.
