Periodic (4-weekly) statistics containing data on the number of passengers booking assistance and the number delivered by train operating companies. Whilst all of these statistics are published at a periodic level, they are updated quarterly. These data form part of ORR's core consumer data requirements from train operating companies; more information can be found at ORR core data.

- There were 43,376 passenger bookings made in 2020-21. This represents a decrease of 88.2% compared with 2019-20.
